AUTOKINE-SP technology: an innovative medical procedure using autologous plasma

Treatment directions

  • Allergology and Dermatology:effective treatment of allergic rhinitis, atopic bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis and polypous rhinosinusopathy.
  • Neurology and Mental Health:therapy of autism spectrum disorders, autism, delayed speech and speech development, ADHD and cognitive dysfunction.
  • Orthopedics and rehabilitation:treatment of degenerative-dystrophic diseases of joints, spine, as well as pathologies of ligaments and muscles.

A NEW LEVEL OF TREATMENT WITHOUT HOSPITALIZATION. THE POSSIBILITY OF USE IN THE PERIOD OF EXACERBATION AND PREVENTION.

AUTOKINE-SP technology is an advanced method of medical intervention using conditioned autologous plasma produced in point-of-care mode. This is one of the promising areas of modern personalized medicine. The method is based on working with your own blood to extract personalized therapeutic blood plasma.

The procedure is performed as part of a medical intervention using autologous venous blood of the patient, strictly on the day of his collection, and is not the production or use of a medicinal pharmacological agent.

The general scheme of the AUTOKINE-SP procedure (sequence of medical manipulations):

Patient > collection of a small volume of blood (36 ml) > blood conditioning under special conditions in a thermostat > isolation of enriched conditioned plasma/serum > return of autologous plasma/serum to the patient (intranasally, injectedly, subcutaneously) as prescribed by the attending physician.

The AUTOKINE-SP procedure is implemented using a unique innovative technology using patented techniques and medical equipment.

The mechanism of action of the AUTOKINE-SP procedure is a medical intervention in which therapeutic plasma/serum is made from your own (autologous) venous blood. Blood cells are processed in special vacuum tubes at a preset temperature with respect to sterility. During this treatment, immune cells secrete into the plasma a unique combination of their own regulatory molecules — autologous cytokines (Autokines) with a given therapeutic activity: antiallergic, anti-inflammatory, neurotrophic, angiogenic. The resulting plasma, enriched with autokines, is then injected endonasally (drops or inhalation) or by injection into the problem area, providing a targeted therapeutic effect.

Indications for the AUTOKINE-SP procedure:

Autism spectrum disorders, delayed speech and speech development, neurodegenerative diseases, cerebrovascular encephalopathy, consequences of traumatic brain injury (endonasal application for targeted effects on the central nervous system). ALLERGIC RESPIRATORY TRACT DISEASES: allergic rhinitis, atopic bronchial asthma, aspirin triad (endonasal and inhalation administration). DISEASES OF THE MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM: osteoarthritis and arthritis, frozen shoulder syndrome, osteochondrosis of the spine, intervertebral disc protrusion, back pain, tendon damage, heel spur (local injection).

Contraindications:

Acute infectious diseases Exacerbation of chronic somatic diseases Autoimmune diseases Oncological diseases AIDS Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The results of the AUTOKINE-SP procedure: pronounced anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, stimulation of tissue regeneration, restoration of organ function, persistent antiallergic and antifibrotic effect.

Safety: the key advantage is the use of the patient's own biomaterial (autokrov), which minimizes the risks of infection and allergic reactions.

Effectiveness: the therapeutic effect is achieved due to natural autologous cytokines, which have a complex physiological effect on target cells.

The procedure is available for children from 2 years old! (in some cases, by decision of the medical commission, the age threshold may be lowered).

If you are considering performing the AUTOKINE-SP procedure for yourself or your child, it is recommended that you consult with a qualified specialist at one of our partner medical centers to determine individual indications.
